looch Start is the fast, mobile-first way to create a new business entity. You can create a Delaware corporation, Delaware LLC, or Florida LLC directly in the looch app in under a minute.
Some services advertise $0. How's that possible?
It's marketing. Once you add the state filing fee, the EIN, and 1 year of state-required registered agent service, those āzero-feeā packages end up costing about double the all-in, transparent price of looch Start.
They also auto-renew registered agent service for around $200/year. The registered agent included with looch Start renews for less than $40/year.
How does looch offer this service at about half the price of other companies?
For other companies, business entity services are their core revenue source. They rely on high margins and high annual renewals.
For looch, it's only the starting point. Our goal is to be your all-in-one platform for financial accounts, spend management, payments, accounting, 1099 filing, and more. This lets us keep entity creation simple, affordable, and transparent.
Is there a renewal fee?
Yes. Your registered agent, business address, and mail scanning services renew at $39/year for Delaware or $35/year for Florida.
You'll have access to a professional web portal where you can view scanned mail, add extra mail scanning, and cancel at any time.
How does the business name selection work?
You provide 3 name choices. We check availability in order and register the first name that's available.
Your approval email will show which name was accepted.
Do I need to provide my home address?
You don't. Your state-required registered agent service includes a business address, mail scanning, and privacy protection.
What's included in the registered agent service?
1 year of registered agent service is included. This covers state mail, service of process, and up to 3 scanned regular mail pieces.
Renewal is only $39/year for Delaware or $35/year for Florida.
Is the EIN included?
Yes. We obtain your EIN for you.
You can get an EIN even if you don't have an have an SSN or ITIN. You'll receive it by email along with a download link your IRS EIN letter.
How long does the EIN take?
If you provided an SSN or ITIN, the turnaround is usually fast.
If you didn't, it typically takes about 14 days.
We notify you as soon as it's ready.
Can I keep my name off public records?
Delaware allows you to keep your name off public filings.
Florida requires the manager name and this name becomes public.
The app will guide you toward the option that best protects your privacy.
Can another entity manage my LLC?
Yes. You can appoint another LLC or corporation as the manager right from the app. This is a common structure for privacy or multi-entity setups.
Can I track the status of my new entity?
You'll receive 3 email updates:
1. Tax-deductible receipt for your payment
2. Confirmation that your entity was created
3. Confirmation that your EIN was obtained
After that, you can onboard immediately.
What if I donāt live in Delaware?
You can live anywhere in the world.

Can my business be taxed as an S corporation?
Your Delaware corporation, Delaware LLC, or Florida LLC can elect S corporation tax treatment by submitting a single form.
You can access it in the app from the looch menu: Profile ā Profile details ā Business ā Tax treatment ā Select āS corporationā.
Filing deadline:
⢠If this is your first year in business, the IRS lets you elect S corporation status any time during your first 75 days, starting from the date your entity is created.
⢠For existing businesses, after the first year, the deadline is March 15th of that tax year.
If you miss the deadline, the IRS often accepts late elections when reasonable cause is explained, but it's better to submit it on time.
When can I onboard as a looch business?
You can onboard as soon as your entity is active and your EIN is confirmed.

Once approved, you instantly get access to no-fee financial accounts with account and routing numbers, Smartcards, in-person and online payments, and powerful real-time accounting.
